A Little About Me

For quite a while now I have been disappointed with the direction the world is heading in, everyone wants to be famous and rich, people seem to be more intent on what they can get out of this world instead of actually contributing to this huge community we have, called earth.

Does Money Really = Happiness ?

There is nothing at all wrong with making money to support yourself and your family but just how much do you need to have. I have seen so many instances of the wealthy having what you would call bad luck. Problems arise like family feuding less time for family activities, kids basically growing up without one of or two of their parents and usually because their parents are chasing the almighty dollar. The institute of marriage seems to be nothing more than a money making scheme, when the most important thing should be, what the vows mean to you, and living up to those vows !.

A Better Way To Live ?

Quite often when you get some life changing news eg. the diagnosis of cancer or a disease, or faced death through an accident or medical procedure, your outlook on life does complete 180 degrees backflip, I have seen many instances of this. Why does it take a tragedy for this to happen?. When you are faced with tragedy you start to see the most important thing in life is your health and the way you live this precious life we have.

Money Doesn't Solve Everything !

Having a million dollars cant bring back a life or mend that severed spinal cord, or cure that incurable disease. If we could see this before these tragedies happened in our live's the world would be a much better place to live. People would see that the most important thing is life and living it in a way that benefits us all not just yourself.

My Reason For Seeing The Light

In April 2004 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis after having a pretty much healthy life with no medical problems. I am still coming to terms with it and probably always will be asking "why me". After a while though you realise you are just expending energy on the unanswerable question, so you may as well just get over it and move on, well, after the initial shock has subsided.Anyway this is part of the reason for this website No.1. I have the time and No.2 I have come to realise a million dollars won't help me get rid of Multiple Sclerosis.
